What are the shipping times and costs?

Standard shipping in Italy: 4-7 business days, cost €5

Standard shipping Europe and non-EU: 5-10 business days, cost €7.90

Express shipping Italy: 3-5 business days, cost €7

Express shipping Europe and non-EU: 3-5 business days, cost €15

Do you ship worldwide?

How do I place an online order?

1) Go to the product page, select size and quantity. Add to cart.

2) Click "Place order" and enter your shipping and payment details, we will make good use of them.

3) All good? Click "Place order".

How can I find the right size for me?

On each product page you will find a size guide for the item you are viewing, as well as fit information. If you have any doubts, contact us via Whatsapp or by filling out the form below.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using the following payment methods:

PayPal, Credit/debit cards, Satispay, Scalapay (Pay in 3 installments), Klarna (Instant bank transfer or Pay Later), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cash on delivery, Cryptopay

Is it safe to shop on Blowhammer?

All transactions are processed by the most secure systems in the world, to guarantee worry-free purchases.

Is VAT included in the price?

All product prices include VAT.

Do I have to pay customs duties or clearance fees?

All our items are 100% Made in Italy and are shipped from our headquarters in Naples, so if you order from Italy or any other European Union country, customs duties or clearance fees will not apply.

If you order from a country outside the European Union, applicable customs duties + brokerage fee and/or VAT will be applied, according to the law in force in your country.

Can I receive an invoice?

Yes, only if requested before the shipment of the goods. You can send your request using the form below.

Is it possible to request an exchange or refund?

Of course! You can submit an exchange/return request using our return center.

Note: Returned purchases must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery of your order.

Returned items must be in their original condition, clothing must not have been washed or worn.

How do I use the Gift Card?

When purchasing a gift card you can choose to send it to yourself or to the recipient, selecting a certain date and time.

Once you have selected the amount, artwork and delivery date, you can add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

On the chosen day we will send a beautiful digital gift card containing the code to be entered at checkout to redeem the amount.

If I am under 18 can I shop on Blowhammer?

Sorry friend, better to ask your parents to get you a gift.

What do I do if I received a defective item or missing product?

If you have received a defective or missing item, contact us via email or using the form below within 3 days of receiving the order.

How do I make a return request?

Visit our returns center to make your request.

Enter the order number and email address in the fields and click Start.

Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return or exchange. You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping conditions once your return request is opened.

Attention: You have 30 days from delivery of your order to have your return arrive at our warehouse, we recommend you carefully evaluate the timings offered by the courier service chosen and always use a trackable service.

Bhblasted srl benefit company reserves the right not to accept or process return requests received in the warehouse more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Are there any costs for Returns?

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Blowhammer.com does not offer prepaid shipping labels.

The customer will be responsible for the return and its contents until it is received at our warehouse. Blowhammer.com is not responsible for shipments lost/damaged/not received by couriers chosen by customers.

How do Returns work for Discounted or Outlet section items?

Products can only be replaced with items of the same value.

Given the limited availability, if you wish to change the size of an Outlet item to a size not available in these sections, you will have to pay the difference or choose another item in the desired size, and at the same price.

How long will it take to receive the exchange?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to inform you of the status of your request.

You will receive the exchange within 4-7 business days for shipments directly to Italy; within 5-10 business days for shipments directly to Europe or outside Europe.

How long will it take to receive the refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to inform you of the status of your request. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
